Capitec Bank (Clear My Name From Experian)

Good day,

Capitec apparently I missed a payment in September and I did not miss a payment I paid the R35.00 that I owe for a Service Fee which I did not apply for your Credit Loan Facility and I have never used that Emergency loan but yet I still have to pay for the service fee. Can you please explain why first? And secondly you have black listed me by experian for that R35.00 which I paid in time. What makes me boil now I went through 3 consultants and they were all useless they could not give me a solution on why I'm being blacklisted for that R35.00 it does not show on their system that I owe Capitec Bank R35.00. But yet Experian says I missed a payment for that amount. I want my name to be cleared from Experian ASAP please.
