Capitec Bank "Cheap material cards"

Hello Peter I have complaint with Capitec bank, With the new Capitec black cards, i swiped with my card doing a payment via speed point, and the chip for my card stacked in the speed point, and I was charged to do the new card for the faulty that wasn't caused by me but rather cheap material used by Capitec
