Capitec bank chargers are crazy

Hi I would like to complain about the bank charges from capitec bank . I opened an account with them because of low chargers now when I got deposited amount its been deducted R70 or more bank chargers when I check it shows me international online purchases which I haven't done online purchases with my account . I'm so disappointed and very troubled , I'm no longer working so that money its for my kids food 70 rand its a huge amount to be deducted. When I call them for complain after telling them about my problem they hang up the fone I don't have money to go to the branch since the unrest we don't have near branch need to travel .
