Capitec Bank charge R65.00 for renew expired card

I am banking with Capitec for some years and I have always been very impressed with their low fees. That is until you card is expired and have to renew your card due to expiry and find you have to pay R65.00. The card was not lost, misplaced or ****** ..... This is the first time I heard in South Africa you need pay for renewing your card. Since i am not happy with this charge and tried to cancel the account. To my surprise, i still need to pay for R65.00 since the account is put to dormant due to card expired. That's ridiculous.
