Capitec bank changing personal info of their customers without consent

I love how Capitec Bank randomly decided that I work for a different company and amended their records accordingly without my consent or knwlowledge. Changing my debit order date at will, and then arguing with me insisting that I work for this other employer, despite me proving that I don't. And then sending me sms's that I missed my debit order date while it was they who changed this date to begin with. Great stuff Capitec...way to ***** your customers into arrears!
