I urgently need that transaction to be reversed if it was a fund taken from you account you’d feel the same way but there’s no sense of urgency because it is not yours. On your site it states that you can do reversals but you delivering a different message after this is reversed I would like to close down my account with you I do not want to bank with a bank that does not treat its people with urgency at all your staff service is appalling! All the good things your consultants say goes down the drain because they not helpful. I have kids and what are they going to eat if I don’t get this money ? How do I explain to my 4 year old that there’s no food because the reversal was not successful.
Electricity is on 2 units and that’s supposed to last us till when ? I am not happy I want my money in my account
I was reassured that if my online payments is off on the app I would not experience anything like this but yet I’m out here experiencing this I am not happy and all I need from you is my money back and my account to be shut down I will rather find another bank that can do better coz clearly I’m just a number not a valued customer

Extremely disappointed your app is as useless because how can an online payment come out when it’s switched off on the app ? Make it make sense
