Capitec bank - Cashsend app unacceptable

I've draw money with the cashsend app, not even half of the money were redeemed, I had someone with me to confirm the incident. The full amount is off my bank account, I've reported the incident immediately. No answer when I've followed up they say all of a sudden all the money is been redeemed. It's unacceptable.
