Capitec Bank Careless Banking services

So I have money in my bank account but in this day and age these people are still offering us banking with just an app and a card, no way of getting your own money out of the account unless you go begging strangers to let you send Money to them and use their card with an additional cost if it's another bank. This is an epic oversight and fail. There's nothing attractive with a bank that has no careless banking in 2018
