Capitec Bank - Cardless Services.

Hello Peter. I'm so disappointed at Capitec Cardless Services. I sent my last cash in my account, thru send cash, for my niece to be able to come back home. The problem was that, the voucher cannot be redeemed, we tried many times. I even had to go to town to try withdraw, and use ewallet instead. No luck still. This once happened when I sent my sis cash, few days later, only was it redeemed. This time it's different, few days later it still says the same thing. I, therefore, asked a friend to do the same cos I thought maybe the problem was my account, & that I didn't do it via bank app. It still said the same thing again.

Today, I went to a bank during break. I was told to wait, someone who has to assist me, is coming. I even left. My niece almost slept in the streets because of this, in a town she doesn't know.

I only want my money back. I've learnt my lesson. Never trust Capitec Send Cash to even save your life. I'm actually starting to get annoyed at this. Esp, now that they even dragging their feet to assist me.

Even worse, I can't even reverse this act. Strange!
