Capitec bank card cloned

I have very bad experience with capitec bank, my card is been cloned and used by someone to make purchases, while I have my card with me. I called capitec ***** department, but been told that it can only be used by me. How can I make cash withdrawal at mpumalanga then after 30 minutes I make card purchase in KZN?, the name of stores which my card is been used does not even exist according to capitec, but they insist it's me who made transactions. Bad experience
