CAPITEC BANK CAPITILISES ON THEIR MESS UP

Capitec bank is the most ruthless bank, I suffered a double loss of a farm attack on 4 Oct 2018, and an arson attack on 2nd July, lost everything, got retrenched from work due to covid. My mother sent me money for food and capitec seized the money to offset a debt they are responsible for due to *******ly getting me into debt on a savings account due to a rental agreement I had with Bidvest car hire prior to my farm attack. They forced me to repay the debt even though I was unemployed and went through the above circumstances one after the other. Any money that was sent to me to help rebuild my life after arson attack they were happy to take. Cold, ruthless, unprofessional and probably the worst banking experience I have ever had. My advice to people is to leave this bank, rather deal with banks that are more professional and less ruthless. This was the ultimate for me. They refuse to take accountability for anything they mess up and this is very unpleasant and frustrating.
