Capitec Bank /Capitec Business
Capitec Business and Capitec ...the past 4 months capitec is off line at MONTH END, WHEN WE NEED TO DO PAYMENTS TRANSFERS EXT ..... WHY!!!! and With out any notification sms/email/ app message. Not even on the Banking App. All the other Banks is showing a notification if they off line. Why can't capitec show a notification. I have to phone every time when I struggle, ANDVTHEN THEY SAU SORRY MAM WE ARE OFFLINE AT THE MOMENT.....And really is this ever gonna be resolve???? PLEASE CHOOSE OTHER DATES TO BE OFFLINE ,NOT MONTH END.....
