Capitec bank called yes,but we ddnt get our money back

On the 7nth of October 2021,i wrote to you guys hoping that i will finally get my solution but honestly speaking i ddnt even get any help,my dad still ddnt get all his money back from capitec, instead they called me and told me that i need to go via the police station, they have the person who stole but they can't disclose the information, also the bank ambundsman has everything but they can't disclose, so i ddnt get any help at the end, instead i just got calls from capitec bank from cape Town, really the inside job in that bank is really massive and very much alive, my dad's money was ****** from his account, and now they are telling him that they know the person who stole the money but they cant disclose really,what kind of professionals do that,so thanks HELLOPETER BUT STILL MY DAD DDNT GET HIS MONEY BAXK
