Capitec bank call centre

Capitec called my husband, he forgot his phone at home. I answered and was informed that it was capitec calling. I said that I know about the accounts that needs to be paid, I asked if he would please send banking details. He said that he will not. I asked so how must we pay without banking details? He informed me that he will not talk to me only my husband. He said that I am not listening. I asked him to please listen to me, and he informed me that the call was over and put the phone down . I wanted to say that I have power of attorney and that I could hear my husbands car coming. O well cant pay something without banking details.
