Capitec bank bunch of ******!!!

Capitec bank put a judgment in my name for loan account that was paid off already, they acknowledged receipt of payment but did not remove judgment on credit profile, the same paid off loan account was sold to MBD for collection. I want the judgment to be removed and my credit profile cleared as promised. I have logged complaints time and again and was told it will be fixed in 7 to 14 days, it's been weeks now and nothing has been done. Capitec is a *****ed bank, I have given them enough time to fix the mess and now it's time to lodge a formal complaint with the bank ombudsman. Never using capitec again!!!
