Capitec Bank - Brilliant Service - ATM ***** at Standard Bank ATM

I was recently a victim of ATM ***** at a Standard Bank ATM using my Capitec card. As soon as the ATM swallowed my card, I phoned and reported it to Capitec Bank. The lady at the call centre cancelled my card immediately and was very kind and calm. My sms notifications are on mute and I only noticed the next morning that ******* had ****** R2000 out of my Capitec account from an ABSA ATM literally 1 minute after my phone call to Capitec. Capitec opened a ***** investigation. I phoned a week later and spoke to a very kind gentleman called Sulaiman at the ***** department who assisted me and assured me that the R 2000 would be returned to me today. Thank you Capitec for your service. This experience was traumatic. Advice to everyone. Stay away from ATMs and draw your cash at Pick n Pay or Checkers at the till.
