Capitec Bank Bluff Towers

Good day I had an unfortunate inter action by one of your staff members her name is Sam she is the Assistant Manager for your branch in Bluff at Bluff towers. I work for a pharmaceutical company in the centre, Sam the assistant branch manager from your Capitec Bluff towers branch in Durban came into my place of work and wanted assistant from another manager but the manager she was demanding was unfortunately unavailable and I told her I will be with her as im part of management as well but I was still busy with a customer who was in front of me as I was assisting them with a query that they had, she didn’t take it well as she was already in a foul mood when she entered my place of business she had a payslip of one of my staff members and waved it around stating that I was rude to her instead of waiting her turn to be served and she had called before and one of the managers told her that we do not do confirmation of employment in store and she should contact head office yet she came into my place of work demanding a confirmation of employment, her exchange of word and lack of respect for my position was done in front of my customers and staff members. Her behaviour was uncouth and she brings your company’s name into disrepute. Later in the evening one of the staff members from the branch came into my place of work to come and apologise for how Sam had acted but I didn’t accept the apology as Sam did not have the common decency to come and apologise for her vile behaviour. You need to train your management staff on decorum and how to carry themselves especially when they are in uniform and in position of power.
