Capitec Bank blocked my accounts

I'm here with a breaken heart with the way Capitec Bank do things is been 2 weeks now they blocked my accounts I can't even pay my rent now I have to move out because I can't pay my rent , I even went to the bank the told me that they will unblock it last week Wednesday since today they is no change. When I call they told me they can't help me I have to visit the branch when I visit the branch is the same I can't get help Capitec Bank treats people like they are useless they don't know how to work with people 😭😭 now I have to sleep on the street because I can't pay anything I don't have any access with my bank account #CAPITEC BANK TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE USELESS
