Another bank settled loan amount in full last week. Despite the settlement, they argued that the other bank should have requested a settlement letter and therefore they deducted full installment as so called interest! *******! Dealing with their so-called Team "leaders" even worse! What attitude! Why must team members call them Mr / Mrs etc. What an environment. Game on Capitec. This is not the end of this.
