Capitec bank Beacon Bay staff scrutinizes valid old id book

Went to a Capitec bank branch in Beacon Bay to open an account. When I got to the entrance the staff was hanging in the counter, chewing bubble gum. She asked for my id book to scrutinize it. I id book us old but valid and because the staff said it looks like it is glued the bank doesn't except the I'd. I am shocked and discriminated.!! I'm not a *****!! They have lost a potential customer. All be aware!
