Capitec bank#

I was ****** of my purse on 1/4 with all my cards, id book & drivers licence. In the time it took to report to the bank & stop my card the ******* had withdrawn R3000 out of my account @ an atm 3klms away. The bank has advised that they will NOT refund my money as my call was recorded AFTER the money was withdrawn. We attempted to contact the bank twice & had to hang on till the call was answered & in those 3 seconds the theives withdrew my money. Does this bank bank not understand the trauma caused & especially to the elderly..the confusion one goes thru at a time like this. They managed to ***** my pension & now i sit with nothing.
