Capitec Bank

I have a problem with Capitec bank as it took them one day to freeze my account through court order, now they have received a letter from the court to uplift my account on Tuesday and still nothing has happened yet my account is still frozen even though they received a letter from the court, I have ran out of food and have to go borrow money whilst I have money in my account so that my kids can eat. The account has been frozen for almost three months now. I have been sending emails and calling Capitec bank but still nothing has happened yet. Please help
