Capitec bank

I reported a double transaction of 2000 and I was told the reason it deducted twice it is because the first one says pending meaning it is being held by capitec, when I asked for it to be reversed back into my account they said no because it is out and there is no getting it back. I am angry because I do not understand why I cant get my money back because it is held by them not that I was ****med
