Capitec Bank, Bayside, Best ****** Bank!

I went to the Bayside branch and was treated in a friendly manner. The staff are professional, polite, and helpful. The gentleman serving me helped me choose the best account for day to day and online shopping. He then allowed me to set up my banking app myself. About a month or two later, my phone was ******. Sadly I had forgotten my online password. I downloaded the app, went into Capitec and it took just some fingerprinting and a quick few other things to activate the app on my new phone. On both occassions I was served promptly in spite of how crowded it was. After being with FNB for 16 years (since 18), I am thinking of even switching my business account to Capitec. They may cater to the poorer class, but they are an upper class bank in professionalism.
