Capitec bank bad sercive

My daughter has a account at capitec bank. All her money is out of her account and they can't qaurentee it back.

Is our moeny not save in this bank, why do they ask for colustomers to open an account when they are not protecting the customers money. So they can just get away with loosing customers money left, right and centre. How many people didnt go through this. Everyone needs their money. Who don't.

Why was her money not protected by this so call service provider????

I would like to know how do the one doing the online purchase get her pin of her card, her ID and the Phone number on the online is not even hers.

This is someone inside the bank that has all the customers details amd they can just do what they want with other people hardworking money. We think our money is save in capitec bank clearly it is not. Everyone is changing from capitec and i wonder why...

This is clearly not on. And capitec is just easy about when we went into the bank in Westgate Mall, Mtichell,s plain.

Poor service and clearly the customer is not considered as important nor is you money important.
