CAPITEC BANK

Waiting for more than a year for CAPITEC BANK to transfer money to a late estate account. Went to local branches to try to do so in two different towns.Without any success. Eventually someone contacted me from head office in the Cape, after I wrote a review on "hello peter" complaining that CAPITEC was not able to give me a balance update of my late friends account, even when I presented all the legal sertified documents to them. Eventually, head office send me information about the balance of the account. I presented it to the lawyers. Since the, months ago, I don't get any feedback from CAPITEC BANK. No use try phoning them... Put on hold for more than a hour & eventually told me that they do not give any information to me, only the lawyers, even though, I am the only beneficiary of this estate.
