Capitec Bank ATMS not maintained

Went to my nearest Capitec Bank in Port Elizabeth.The service is really good as I had go in to the branch. But the issue I have been nagging about to close family and friends is the ATMS .I am not to sure if Capitec Bank staff does check if their surrounding ATMS are working obviously they are aware of the ATMS right outside the branch the other ATMS are not well maintained at all .I know of a ATM thats not been working since November at our local mall ,the same issues everytime I go to that certain ATM .Having the most clients which means that your ATMS needs to be working at all times or you will get overcrowded lines like at my local branch ,its ridiculous.
