CAPITEC Bank ATM not SECURE release overdraft in saving account

<p>my name is Njabulo Gumede. on the 02/06/2016 was paid and decided to pass by Boulders shopping mall to withdraw. we to ATM. ATM was normal i inserted my card, then i started to put my pin, when i was onthe 3rd digit notice that ATM is asking me funny things, press cancel and the screen was having funny information displayed continue to press cancel. my card did not come back and the screen was normal again asking to insert card. my card was stuck by the machine. waitied few munite. but on joticing that there's a quee behind must leave the ATM and go buy aitime to contact bank. notice that my money was gone. Went to Joburg barch onthe 3 /06/2016 to found out what is happening. print statement ans i notice that all money was gone my account is on negative (-1550.23) was tols that Capitec will investigate and lets me know in 14 days. Capitec has came back to me and they are not paying me back my money saying that the ATM was offline. its my fault. dont understand why is my fault. ATM was working as normal no ofline sign onthe screen. and 2nd why my account is on negative as i dont have an overdraft with Capitec. Why the system manage to release money in my account that was not available or if the ATM was offline how did its release money. I want all money back as its look like Capitec ATM or sustem is not secure enought. refe no ********** 6</p>
