Capitec bank at mall ,I was mistreated

I was mistreated at Carltonville mall Capitec bank by Mthunzi Methunzi ,u came enquiring about my playfex account that took double amount on my Capitec bank account and I even said to him ,what is realised on month end Capitec got a problem even when u but electricity prepared it will take the amount but you won’t get the meter number.What Mthunzi said to me if I’m not happy about Capitec I can just switch to another bank ,I said u did not open my account to you why must I closed it ,I said to him you know it’s a lot if job to change an account,my salary ,bank debit ordered ,The guy said to me in a rude manner you know what it’s seems like you what to shew me,with his hand excusing me and calling for another client,I was so hurt u asked for floor manager ,he called for the guy he did not have any remorse of his action,he throw his hand and left us like like that .how can you mistreat a client in that manner ,what is the imagine his representing for Capitec ,I was truly mistreated and disrespect
