Capitec Bank assist me PLEASE!!

I have had my Capitec account for years now. Recently there was an issue with a Absa Bank loan which was **********. (wrongly linked to me). I have sent an affidavit, bank statements, id, and documents requested but Capitec requires documentation from Absa. I do not have an account there and they still have not responded to my query regarding a letter/doc that Capitec wants. I want my name cleared regarding the Absa issue, and I want my Capitec account restored as my monthly salary gets paid into it. My company also deposits monies for petrol into my Capitec account during the month when I have to do site visits and inspections. Absa is not assisting me and I neither get help from Capitec, and I have been a client for years. I do not have the funds or time to travel up and down to Absa and Capitec or make calls the whole time, to no avail. I did what was requested, but the issue remains. I need this problem to be resolved very urgently.
