Capitec bank are a bunch of *******!

Capitec charges me for a credit card that I dont have. I dont wven qualify for ANY credit. Last year i received an sms saying I owe R50 on my credit card. This card was paid upd many years ago and suddenly I owe for something I don't have! I've contacted capitec numerous times. The agent only says that I had to go into the credit card devision on my app and this activated the account...WHAT? I checked on my app WHY are they charging me, that's all...how can they say I reactivated an account if I have bad credit and not qualify for any form of credit??? I still have a capitec account that I use minimal because I've moved to another bank. Today they dare send me another sms stating they will collect Via debit order at month end. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DONT HAVE!!!!!
