Capitec Bank App security is so insecure, ********* can hack it

I'm Annoyed with Capitec and still await my refund, their banking app the security is so dull that ********* can hack and take everything and they will claim no the ***** and investigation team when they picked up the malicious activities in your account it was too late ,too late how what is that departments job why is it impossible to crack other banking apps except yours .I need my refund ASAP , you need to improve your banking app security feature
