Capitec Bank App - Airtime Pending

Worst experience! I purchased R160 airtime for an urgent matter. I received a message from Capitec confirming that I purchased airtime for R160 but airtime didn’t reflect? Went to the Capitec app to check the airtime status it reflected as “Pending today”. Capitec bank please do something about this. This was an inconvenience, totally totally unacceptable and uncalled for!
