Capitec bank and MTN Cellphone providers security breach

My experience with Capitec bank was good until my account got de*****ed.......here's a short description of what happened, my cell phone network signal was unavailable, i thought that maybe my phone is damaged, so i tried a different sim card, and the network was suddenly available, i went to mtn to get my sim checked, and i was granted a sim swap as we had thought the problem was the sim, my phone worked for just a few hours and then it happened again, i had a friend tell me that it may be ***** related and i should check my bank statement , i did, and to my surprise all funds where debited out of my account showing USSD transactions which iv never seen before, there was even a capitec to capitec transfer among those transactions, went to the bank and logged ***** case. Bank refused to refund me back. hence i write to hello peter. i will NOT let this go i am in the process of escalating to the ombudsman, i have written to MTN too, as the ********* was able to do a swim-swop *****ing my number twice, i will make sure to let everyone know about capitec bank and its lack of security, all my family members, friends and colleagues. i will write until until justice is served. i repeat i will NOT let it go...never. anyone reading this should know to switch banks ASAP. thank you
