Capitec Bank and its Banking App crisis

Good day On the 9th of August 2022 around 18;45pm I was hijacked / Kidnapped by four men at gun point and then drove me to an unknown location with my face covered. They requested for my cellphone and bank cards and when we arrived at the room where I was kept for more than 6 hours they requested my banking app password and my card pin number, these men did transactions and withdrawals without my approval they managed to update limits from my app and kept me overnight to carry on doing transactions on the 10/09/2022 early hours of the morning and I was threatened that they were going to kill me an amount of R41 000 was taking out of my account they released me after they were done , a ******** case was open and case number and an affidavit was submitted to Capitec bank but at first I received feedback that my case has been declined by the bank since the money was already withdrawn by ********* who kidnapped me of which left me puzzled cause the money in our accounts is insured yet the bank tells its client it cannot assist them with ***** cases up until today I haven't heard anything from Capitec bank regarding my issue and SAPS is not of being any help either with all the cases that has to do with Capitec and its banking App. Please assist me on which steps to take regarding the matter. Thank you
