Capitec bank and ATMs bad services
Capitec is taking money from sasa grant people , I was at Jabulani mall today trying to withdraw my kids money at Capitec ATM next to the capitec bank I put my pin and the amount I needed then the Capitec ATM gave me the slp that says my money I just withdraw money but I didn't receive that money I waited for the money to come out but it didn't when I went inside the Capitec bank to tell them what happend but they said they can't help me and the staff was shot and am not the only one that is complaining about the ATMs and there service , I don't recommend capitac bank and ATMs to anyone they must just close capitac bad services and useless unhelpfull staff members

07 Aug 2024, 13:56Capitec has not helped me in any way they only gave back 500 and they were to refund me 1500 this is my kids money I have 3 kids and am unemployed how could they do this to me I need my money back, I want my 1000 back and they can't tell me it's sassa because it's not its there atm that didn't cash out my money, then after that they refund 500 no I want my money back
