Capitec Bank and approving debi checks without customer permission

I have not approved any debit orders, however thanks to Capitec I now have to call this company I haven’t even been dealing with because of a debit order that has gone off. When I called capitec they telling me there are many ways to approve debicheck and myself as the customer are saying but I have not approved anything on my account hence me calling in. What a **** bank. Never again
