Capitec Bank allowed Altech Nupay to debit money without me authorizing it

There was a debit order done in my account without my knowledge on the 28th of February 2025 at 18:45 by a company called Altech Nupay I don't know it or ever heard about it. I contacted Capitec about the matter they told me there's nothing they can do about I should contact the company. Then today on the 1st of March 2025 I went to Capitec branch to report the matter but I was told they can't reverse the money the debit order is undisputable. I need help with that cause the money was debited was R280 as my bank they should priotise me as their client but they failed me and it's clear my money it is not safe cause they should've investigated the matter as my bank
