I had a issue with a withdrawal I was in such panic that I assumed there was ***** going on with my account however the manager at Capitec bank alwel reassured me that he can have the matter sorted out I have him all the Details he immediately sent out the communication to the headquarters and notified them of the discrepancy that they did not pick up the matter was sorted out within an hour I had full refund including a refund of the bank charges I’m really grateful for such management that still exists to really give us the best service
