Capitec Bank Aliwal North Branch

The other day I was at Capitec Bank, Aliwal North branch. I was there to deposit money and the line was very long at the ATM. I asked the lady at the door if I have to stand in the Que in order to deposit and she said that's the only way. They don't have inside deposit facility, they don't have ATM just for deposits and they don't prioritise deposit at the ATM. I find that very stupid that I had to stand at the back of the que to make a deposit, holding cash. For the record I avoid ATMs, I make my withdrawals at the "Money Market" or tills at grocery stores because I know the ques are very long and now that I have to make a deposit I have to stand in a que. I just left and made my deposit into my other bank account at another bank and made a payment from there. I'm very disappointed with Capitec bank for not taking care of their deposit customers knowing very well that their ATMs are always full.
