Capitec bank alex mall bad service

It is actually 0 no star,,, Capitec Alex Mall consultant by the name of Phumlani,, he shows no interest in his job,, his not friendly,, speaking isizulu,, he doesn’t even know if I do know the language,, or understood. He created with Isizulu and I greeted back with Setswana, he was supposed to ask which language am I comfortable speaking, and he left two times not knowing where he went,, please fix this
