Capitec Bank - Administrative Nightmare!

We are a not for profit company and have had a ********** time trying to open an account. We contacted Capitec Bank's business section in early November. They sent 7 requirements (CIPC registration, certified copy of directors' IDs, etc). These were provided, and then their legal department required more, and yet more (Board resolutions, etc etc). Today THREE months after we first contacted them they asked for details we had already provided back in Dec. This inefficiency is very serious for a bank. Are they to be trusted with anyone's money if they are so disorganised that they can't even open an account? The staff were very apologetic, but that doesn't hide the serious administrative challenges this bank faces! Has anyone else had this problem with Capitec bank?
