Capitec bank account settled through lawyers, but still active on their App

I settled my Capitec loan account through SADLER attorneys on 02/09/2024. I got a paid up letter stating that account has been paid in full from SADLER attorneys. Since then I have noticed that on Capitec bank side their system still shows account as active. It reflects as next payment 25/02/2025 I also have a proof for that. My concern is that, this will really damage my credit report. Why did they Capitec allow me to settle the account after that they don't update their system? I would like to see it completely closed from credit bureau and on their banking App as well.
