Capitec bank account deactivation

Hi guys ,money came in my account over the weekend and today when I checked my app I noticed that all 3 of my accounts in the capitec app has been removed, I called in and they said the person that paid money into my account reported it as ***** hence them removing my accounts and never allowing me to reopen them or giving me a option to take this further. I have been with capitec since November 2008 and now all of a sudden some1 pays money to my account and cause I dont know where the funds came from they blocked and deleted my accounts,is this nonsense fair ?
