Capitec bank

My partner was saving money (stop order) on capitec bank and the date he had planned to go withdraw the money, it had disappeared & he went to a branch & he was told it looks like someone internally did this ***** they will investigate & he will be sent back his money in 2 weeks. Time passed he went again he was told it’s still under an investigation, he will be contacted. Middle of June he went again & he was told the case is no longer with them, he just have to wait. Till date we are still waiting. I’m banking with capitec & now I am planning to change the bank as I’m concerned that I will be ****med. We still need help on how to get his money back. It’s almost August
