Capitec bank a scarm

Capitec is not a good service provider, they refused to pay for my 2019 claim and they just responded to me after 7 years, telling me how my claim could not be paid, a funeral policy that left me in debt since 2019, Capitec policy is a scarm, they are not to be trusted, they are not even apologetic about it, as if my husband didn't deserve a dignified burial, Capitec you are a disappointment to the black community.
