Capitec Bank a ****

this bank don't even deserve 1 star, i have sent myself a cash send cos i forgot my card at home and needed to pour petrol, however wen i tried to withdraw the money at an ATM inside Cambridge store in Carletonville the money did not come out but showed me an error message on the screen saying transaction unsuccessful please contact the nearest branch or call ***. to cut the story I called the number they told me money was withdrawn and that I must take it up with the Store, kanti who am I banking with? I am so ****ed and I'm never using capitec again
