Capitec Bank a bit ***** to use as they keep freezing my saving account every month unnecessarily.

I was called in January to update my account details to Capitec Bank as my account was paused. I went in and was told to go to the police station and make an affidavit which I did because I am self employed. Today my account is frozen again a month and a half and I now have to update the account again. Please be careful with capitec as this sounds like ***** and if you are using the account don't keep big amounts of money as your account willl get frozen and your money lost. Rather open savings accounts in reputable banks as this never happened before at the other banks. Now I sit with a bank account which is frozen for no reason and can't use my account. I will be closing all my accounts with this *********** bank. So much inconvenience.
