Capitec Bank ****

Please be aware of bank ****s connected to Capitec Bank accounts. In March this year, I caught unawares with a phone call which resulted in a loss of R270, fortunately it was a small amount. I did go to a Capitec branch, they gave me a new card but did not help with recovering the money, I also lodged a complaint on the bank app but nothing was done. I would like to know how ****mers get to know people's phone numbers and the fact that these phone numbers are connected with their Capitec accounts.
