Capitec bank

I have a Capitec loan and never missed payment then in 2019 was struggling financially and joined dept review and never missed payment then they year may 2024 I was retrenched at work and called Capitec and submitted the retrenchment letter and they told me that I don't qualify as my loan didn't have insurance then with my little money I manage to pay may,June,July but august didn't manage as I'm penny less and not working but now I got tretnening smses And calls that they will list me on credit bereu and list me as a default status I'm not happy the way they treat me and they told me that I must speak to my dept counsellor mara the messages and emails they send me not my dept counsellor I want to warn others about this bank
